Wrist bone pain
Wrist bone pain, mild pain when no work but when lifting small objects like books and buckets the pain starts from wrist to elbow. it started when driving bike it was almost like two months

hi it might be carpel tunnel syndrome, better use the wrist brace for few days and grip exercises

Dear sir it seems as if u might have strained ur wrist (ligament strain), better option is avoid those activities which are painful,use wrist band in activity and do hot fomentation followed by strengthning exercises of wrist.it wl help.
