Use a cock up splint appropriate size to immobilize wrist . Vissco /tynor company.  Good product either of them Avoid lifting weight and give rest to it. Avoid using mobile with same hand Regular interval ice application thrice per day avoid direct ice contact with skin. For 20 min each time. Avoid and jerk or harsh MOVEMENT at wrist  for 3-4 weeks. Yes physio might be required if you will any stiffness around wrist after 4 weeks.  If no stiffness then you can do basic movement excersies at home . Any further questions plz do contact us on practo.
