After few weeks of workout experienced muscle spasms, pain and also specific postures(Leaning, Putting pressure or entire load on the right shoulder and resting head over the shoulder etc) movements causing pain the ribcage area and sternum and the side of the sternum.Shoulder joint pain with sounds while rotating.
