Work out Injury
Sir and Madam, After few weeks of workout experienced muscle spasms, pain and also specific postures(Leaning, Putting pressure or entire load on the right shoulder and resting head over the shoulder etc) movements causing pain the ribcage area and sternum and the side of the sternum.Shoulder joint pain with sounds while rotating. Compression works but again workout or movements induces pain. Any suggestion regarding meds. Please assist. Thanks and regards.

Your pain seems like when in yoga I do bhujangasana, but it's not to intense n with habit there is no pain. You can apply locally hot water bag or gel bag. Tab eterocoxib thyocholchiside two times a day after food for three to five days or sos.
