Wood apple during pregnancy
Can pregnants eat wood apple?! I just now entered second trimester , does it harm me or my baby, should I avoid it?!

I am sure there are many better fruits available these days, why did you think of eating wood apple, and that too in second trimester. Ladies have all types of craving for food in second month but it all settles down by the beginning of 3rd month. I suggest you don't take wood apple. It would not have been studied in details with this aspect in mind. You are taking a chance.
