Apple and orange during pregnancy
My wife is into 15 weeks gestation. My wife has severe gastrities for some food like dal and chana. A gynaec reccomended her to avoid fruits like apple and orange which contain citrus. While another gynaec said to eat more fruits. Should my wife avoid citrus fruits?
