You need to visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the same.Its a minor oral surgical procedure and bone guttering is done depending upon type of impaction.sutiresare placed and wound heals in 7-10days.post op little pain and swelling for a few days is normal.For further queries you can also call at our clinic .
