Treat the problem which is causing you severe pain. After wisdom tooth removal, it will take 7-10 days to get back to normal. Some amount of pain, swelling and discomfort will be there after wisdom tooth removal surgery. If the wisdom tooth pain is not severe then I would suggest you to finish with the RCT first!
Next Steps
Discuss with your dentist and treat the problem causing more pain

It is better to wait until RCT completes. It will allow you to chew from the other side until the RCT completes. But if incase the wisdom tooth is giving trouble and is associated with pain and unbearable discomfort.... Then you can get it extracted
Next Steps
maintain your oral hygiene. rinse after every meal
