On 30th Jan, one of the Wisdom teeth has been removed. Since then i am experiencing sensitivity in that area. I am using sens paste like putting the paste for 30 mins. But the effect goes away in an hour. Then again I am experience the same problem like while drinking (cold)water and eating something sweet. What should I do and how much should I use that paste ? I have been doing gargle. My doctor says sensitivity will occur and the last teeth is exposed. Help me please

Root exposure in the adjacent tooth is the sole cause for sensitivity in the extraction site..Visit the dentist to get it examined with x ray as well as clinically to judge out the healing of the region..Warm saline rinses should be followed up alongwith the desensitising rinses or toothpaste..

hloo
sir
this sensitivity is due to exposure of the roots of adjacent tooth due to removal of wisdom tooth
but it will subside as there is bone formation again and sensitivity will go away
regards
The adjacent tooth is causing the sensitivity. Since the area there has been exposed. As the site heals, the sensitivity should subside. Use a desensitising rinse instead of a paste. Ask you Dr to prescribe one.
