But the effect goes away in an hour. Then again I am experience the same problem like while drinking (cold)water and eating something sweet. What should I do and how much should I use that paste ? Root exposure in the adjacent tooth is the sole cause for sensitivity in the extraction site..Visit the dentist to get it examined with x ray as well as clinically to judge out the healing of the region..Warm saline rinses should be followed up alongwith the desensitising rinses or toothpaste..

The adjacent tooth is causing the sensitivity. Since the area there has been exposed. As the site heals, the sensitivity should subside. Use a desensitising rinse instead of a paste. Ask you Dr to prescribe one.

Get it checked if by chance tooth adjacent to wisdom tooth has been fractured or something...during extraction or before that
Next Steps
visit a dentist and get x-ray done
Health Tips
U can use the paste twice a day...but treatment should be done for that
