Tab keterol dt 2tabs at a time twice daily
Tab pyrigesic 1gm sos and lastly tab pan 40mg
Once daily in empty stomach

go for an opg now or after lockdown then go and visit a maxillofacial surgeon for removal of that tooth

Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for a week
Warm saline rinses between meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water

Apply mucopain gel 15 min before food on the affected area
