Swelling is common after surgical extraction of wisdom tooth . It will start decreasing after 48 hours of extraction. Do an ice pack from outside

Hello mam, Swelling after extraction of third molar is a normal complication and you don't have to worry about.I would advise you to take Tab chymoral forte (1-0-1) for 2 days as it would help in reducing the swelling

Wisdom tooth extraction usually is more complicated and it is normal to have swelling for 2-3 days atleast before it starts decreasing. Elmox cv 625 is an antibiotic and has nothing to do with swelling or pain.
Next Steps
1. Warm fomentation on the side of extraction from today (later in the day) - 5 secs on and 5 seconds off for 5-10 mins and then repeat 2-3 times a day. (2) continue your meds
