usually  whn u clench ur teeth aca bruxism  a lot of pressure is created on surrounding  msl n tissues so they sart paining.thr can be various reasons.stress is one of thm.visit to ur dentist and ask for the solutions.its a serious issue..dnt take it lighly.moreover  wisdom tooth position dsnt give a proper idea to suggest anything
