Winters and Heart
Hi is true that Heart Rate is high in winters
If yes then If I have my Holter, TMT, Echo normal should I worry about having any heart issues in winters
I have quit smoking 1 year back and BP stays under 140/90 when it is elevated, else it is less than 130/80
Should I be worried about any heart ailments
I exercise for 40 min (jog), LDL 99, Total Cholesterol 150, HDL 38, have reduced salt intake
