What can be the reason behind my symptoms like fatigue, weakness, fast heartrate, palpitations, and chest pain., dizziness.. sometimes I feel I cannot even walk for five minutes without getting all these symptoms.. when I stand for long, then I feel my heart not able to pump blood effectively and causing symptoms.. I went to cardio doc who did ECG, eco and check vital- I have attached the eco-Report.. Doc said that you have high BP and high pulse because of your overweight and the chest pain is due to sedentary lifestyle.. can you check the report and offer me some help? Please note that I also have chronic active gastritis
