Why condoms prevent only 70% times HIV
I had sex with a prostite few days back and after sex, she removed the condom. I checked that it was not broken and also I guess there was no leakage during sex. The condom was intact the whole time. But I've read some article and they were were saying condoms only prevent 70% from HIV? Is this true? Am I at risk of HIV? I had just vaginal sex with condom and no oral no kissing no anal. Please answer.

Yes. Condoms don't give 100% protection. So you should undergo all the tests for HIV infection .

Condom can prevent the transmission of any STD disease but It can't give full protection because if you put your finger in fire then it can be save from burning by covering it but can be burn also by mistake so that rule also apply in hiv case also.
Next Steps
Please don't do unsafe activities.

The 30% risk is attributed to ruptured condom and through other bodily fluids. If your condom was not ruptured and there was no other mode of contact, you are safe.
