Whitish scalp , hair fall
Very small flakes and Hair from roots falls, continuously increasing day by day, doctor recommends me minoxidil 5% and mildy ahf shampoo only, using from past 5-6 months, neither hairfall doesn't stops nor scalp treated .. I am not using any oil or any other product on scalp except these. now after shaving my head, Barbour told that it's not dandruff it's is 'khuski' in hindi. Try to take medication, now scalp is whitish Anyone please tell me in details what it can be so that I can take better treatment or should I continue the same medications minoxidil 5% and mildy ahf shampoo. So please don't do marketing in reply section of this message please 🙏🏻 I'll take online consultation who will guide me correctly or tell me about this problem.

You have pityriasis sicca with hairfall (mostly chronic telogen effluvium due to the pityriasis sicca) Minoxidil and mildy won't help till pityriasis sicca is handle You might actually require oiling or other scalp moosturiser Once controlled it gives way for Minoxidil to act If Minoxidil is alcohol based it most definitely can increase the pityriasis sicca
