I have lightish yellow marks on my upper teeth's. I want to remove these. And want white teeth's. Plz suggest me something.

Get a professional scaling done to remove any extrinsic stains or deposits. If the stains that bother you, don’t go with this treatment you will have to get professional tooth whitening done that takes care of intrinsic stains. Avoid food with huge quantity of colourants and rinse every time you take tea , Coffee or foods containing turmeric. You can try brushing with Colgate Visible White toothpaste until you consult a dentist.

Hello mam, for whitening there are different varieties of cosmetic treatments available... We can do Bleaching and also veneers... There are certain contraindications for these treatments... Once after examination of your teeth only we can let you know for your teeth which is the best treatment...

You can opt for bleaching. Either in office bleach or home bleaching in which your dentist will make custom trays for you and give you the bleaching solution which you can use everyday as per your convenience
