HELLO SIR... Teeth whitening is not a lifetime solution.... TEETH WHITENING is also known as tooth bleaching which is a cosmetic procedure used to remove intrinsic stains(mild fluorosis).... for extrinsic stains(deposits,coffee ,tea stains,pan and smoking stains) you can go for scaling and polishing..... clinical examination is necessary to decide what kind of treatment you need......

Tooth whitening is also known as tooth bleaching.in spite of the advantages there are also disadvantages associated with bleaching. Bleaching is generally performed only if it is really necessary. Bleaching is done for only intrinsic stains if the discoloration in your teeth is due to extrinsic stains a round of scaling will help
