I have a white patch on side of tongue and it feels swollen but does not look swollen im worried that it something serious as im 25 weeks pregnant

Hello. U must visit a dentist soon. Diagnosis is very important for correct treatment. Any such patch on the tongue has to be examined clinically. Better go to a dentist specialized in Oral Medicine and Radiology.
