I have persistent sore throat (and no other symptoms) for a month that comes and goes after course of antibiotics.. I am worried if I have oral gonorrhoea.. is there a test I could opt to check it out?

Ask your doctor to take a throat swab and mention to test for the bacteria nessieria gonorrhoea.
