It's a classical case of Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.please stop smoking if present. Stop taking tea coffee,milk product,leafy vegetables which are difficult to digest.go for some relaxation.its a lifestyle disease. Need Proton pump inhibitor type medication and anti anxiety medication.Thank you.

You have Post nasal drip.. which is mostly related to allergy.need to take intermittent treatment when symptomatic.
