Omega- 3 fatty acids to be taken in the form of diet which is very helpful in cholesterol management and in burning stored body fat as well.
Almonds, flaxseeds, walnuts, avocado etc , TIL oil, olive oil, safflower oil for home cooking, limited portion size of brown rice for lunch, broken wheat Upma with lots of vegetables for night dinner, early dinner at night, 2 to 3 litres of plain room temperature water for drinking daily, lemon water at times like without sugar or honey twice in a week, daily brisk walking for 30 to 45 mins one time or both times, aerobics, steps up and down two times a day, no outside food, only home cooked food, high fibre foods, veg and fruit salads, seasonal fruits and vegetables etc..
With these above mentioned diet and lifestyle changes you can combat with fat and weight gain issues..
