It's very hard to decide which plant based protein I should have. I see tons of nee brands on Amazon they all look same to me. How should I decide which brand I should go for ?
Any advise on this is highly appreciated!!

Gud evening pls try to follow a healthy balanced diet with a healthy lifestyle routine to keep yourself active.if there is any nutritional gaps,in that case u can use plant based protein supplement from fast n up brand.

my available timing 10am to 12pm n evening 7 to 9pm.
Protein supplement should be only used if there is actually high requirement for body.
If you are physically not that active you can manage your requirements from the natural sources.
