I am a pure vegetarian and do lite workout 5 days in a week also do 15 mins daily running in morning in park. I am feeling weakness. Dailt protein intake from diet is 50gms. My weight is 70kg heightis 5.6 feet and age is 29. Please suggest should I take whey protein? Are they good in long run? I more thing I am having
thyroid. What I heard most if the vegen protein made from Soy.
