Whey protein
I did my LFT test all values were normal however SGPT was 87 and SGOT was 60. However I am going gym for exercise as I am little bit overweight. Should I use whey protein in moderation.

As weight loss is gradual process. There is no quick fix approach .A healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products, egg, fish etc.), reduced carbohydrates(rice, poha, sweets, etc.) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc.)along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Hormonal imbalance will slow down the rate of fat loss, be consistent and patient. kindly contact us for your issues &to get customized diet and workout plan
