When to start solid food

My son is now 5month old. I want to know when to start solid food to him. He is exclusively on breastfeed till now. He is showing curiosity about food we eat so I think is he ready for it? Thanks in advance.

If 5 months COMPLETED,add 1 top formula feed,1 solid meal including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home,and 4 breastfeeds. Give water now,AFTER the solid meal only.
