I feel pain slightly below my knees, not at knees but below it when I extensively dance. I could feel pain in my heels too.
I'm guessing I should get some tests done before consultation. What tests would you recommend before getting done?

If you are experiencing pain below your knees and in your heels after dancing, it is possible that you may have an overuse injury. To determine the cause of your pain, your doctor may recommend certain tests. Here are some possible tests that may be recommended:
X-rays: X-rays can help identify bone abnormalities, such as fractures or osteoarthritis, which can cause knee or heel pain.
MRI: An MRI can help identify soft tissue injuries, such as tears in the ligaments, tendons, or muscles around the knee or heel.
Ultrasound: An ultrasound can help identify problems with the tendons or muscles around the knee or heel.
Blood tests: Your doctor may recommend blood tests to check for inflammation or signs of rheumatoid arthritis, which can cause knee or heel pain.
Nerve conduction study: This test may be recommended to determine if nerve damage is causing your knee or heel pain.
It is important to consult with a doctor or a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. They will be able to guide you further and recommend appropriate tests based on your symptoms and medical history.
