What should be ideal heart rate
What should be ideal heart rate when we are working , walking or teaching my heart beat shows 100 to 106  when I will teach or normal walk is it normal sign?

During activity your heart rate is likely to increase.. will need further workup only if you are experiencing any other symptoms like dizziness, palpitations.. otherwise just relax

It is absolutely normal. Heart rate can be on higher side due to various reasons that are not troublesome most of the time. Example- Obesity, lack of exercise, lack of water (drinking less water), Anemia (khoon ki kami) etc.

60 to 100 is normal heart rate
