What is this?
Few years back i had lichenoid reaction on my buccal mucosa after the covaxin shots. It got resolved eventually. Now i had felt a grainy type texture on my buccal mucosa for some time when i took photos today it is like this? Is this leukoplakia or some random inflammation? I am scared. I dont drink, no smoking, no tobacco or any bad habits. It doesn't hurt or burn or anything, asymptomatic totally but when i lick that area it feels a little scaly/rough type. Thats how i came to know about this. I am scared, why is this happening? Help me. Attached two pics. Thanks

White/yellow grainy structure/texture are Fordyces granules. It's normal structure. Don't worry. If required/needed, visit a local oral medicine specialist for physical evaluation and treatment.
