I done b12 test its- 240 is lower value also is deficincy? I attached my report pls check & advice Most important I some issues like numbness, tingling, physical and mental weakness pls suggest me can I take b12 supplement ? Thanks 🙏

Your Vit b 12 is normal. Don’t take any supplements. Any other symptoms like increased thirst, hunger, urination frequency, weight loss? Any family history of diabetes?
