Hi., I can understand your concern. Anemia ia deficiency of red blood cells or hemoglobin which are necessary for oxygen carrying. Iron and b12 are essential nutrients, they lack and results in some symptoms some weakness, giddiness, low energy In their deficiencies. Yes both iron and b12 are related in anemia. You can plan for CBC test B12 test Iron profile.   To know their levels.
