Hello Sir, Neurobion forte and folvite are usually given for vitamin B-complex and folic acid deficiency, which help in nerve health and energy levels. Naturally, you can improve this by including foods rich in these vitamins — like green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, eggs, and dairy products. Regular exercise, good sleep, and stress management also support recovery and overall nerve function. Staying hydrated and avoiding alcohol or smoking is equally important. I hope it helps you. For more info you can contact me, just go to my profile.

Microcytic hypochromic anemia usually happens due to iron deficiency or sometimes other causes. Along with the medicines your doctor has prescribed, it’s very important to correct diet and lifestyle.
Next Steps
Include iron-rich foods like green leafy vegetables, dates, pomegranate, beetroot, jaggery, legumes, whole pulses, red meat/eggs (if non-vegetarian). Take vitamin C–rich foods like lemon, orange, amla with meals to improve iron absorption. Avoid excess tea/coffee immediately after meals as they reduce iron absorption. Regular follow-up blood tests may be needed to check hemoglobin improvement and to find out if additional iron supplements are required.
Health Tips
Since anemia can have different causes, it’s best to complete the treatment course and review with your doctor for further tests if hemoglobin doesn’t improve.

Iron rich foods and fruits will help naturally in nutritional iron deficiency cases. If non diabetic use jaggery instead of sugar. Microcytic hypochromic anaemia can be due to other causes,so do get it evaluated to get the exact cause of this anaemia

Add beet root along with lemon in your diet either in form of salad of juice. Vitamin c consumption is necessary along with iron rice food items as it increase the absorption. And avoid tea, milk, curd 2hrs before and after the consumption of iron rich food. Add green left vegetables as well to your diet.
