What is an Indirect Coombs Test?
I was asked to do an 'Indirect Coombs Test' (blood test) by my gynae. Can someone tell me the significance of this test and what it means? The result came back "negative". My blood group is A- and I have mild PCOS. I want to know what this test is for and is a negative result for the same a bad thing?

Negative test is normal.. It means you have not formed antibodies against Rh positive cells...
