I am 29 weeks pregnant and my blood group is O -ve and my husband is O +ve. In 25th week I had spotting due to low lying placenta and the same day I took anti D injection. Indirect coomb test was performed is 29 week and it came positive.
I already took the injection then why it is happening? Is it because of anti D injection or something else.. please help and advice what to do next.

After anti D injection, ict will come positive. You can follow with ict titres.

after giving anti D inj if you have checked ICT it eill show positive upto 6 weeks..but better get ICT Titres
