Pregnancy prob(indirect coomb test)
I am 29yrs old. I have a miscarriage 2months ago and have a indirect coomb test positive. My blood group is B -ve and my husband is A+ve. Now my torch test report is toxoplasma igg 44, rubella igg 25, cytomegalovirus igg 32 all igm is normal as well as hsv also normal. Lupus anticoagulant test has a borderline value. Now my doctor prescribed R-vaccine,acivir, rovamycin forte. Is it safe to take these medicine? My doctor didn't tell me the cause of miscarraige.

If igM is normal no need of all these medicines. And u r already rubella positive so no need of vaccine either. But ur ICT is positive, so that can be a cause of ur abortion. Since u r neg blood group and ur husband is positive blood group u might have developed antibodies against positive blood group. So get Rh antibodies titre done to know amount of antibodies in ur blood.
