You are already immunized against Rh positive blood. When you conceive, and if your baby is Rh positive, and if some of your blood affects the baby's circulation then some of  the baby's RBCs (which are Rh positive) will be destroyed by Rh antibodies which are circulating in your blood (that's how you Indirect Coomb's test is positive). So the baby is affected. For more details on the subject please consult with me on Practo.
