Indirect Coomb test
Hi I have taken Anti D injection in 25th week of pregnancy due to spotting. At 29th week my Ict was +ve and Titre was negative. At 32 week ICT was weak positive and Titre was negative. What is means ? Am I sensitized or it is because of the effect of anti D injection. Please see the attached report and advice

After Anti-d injection, your ict test can come positive, titre values reach up to 1:4 after anti d injection

You should get an ultrasound done with colour Doppler studies in that ultrasound. We see the peak systolic velocity and others signs of immunisation. If your ultrasound is normal then you need not worry.
