Gud afternoon fad diets only gives short term results which is unhealthy in long run. So pls try to follow a healthy low calorie fiber rich diet with exercise to loose weight.

Hello! If you want to lose weight without being hungry,then stick to high protein diet(oats,dals etc),and very less carbs. Exercise will be of great help. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Fad diets are one wich has very low calorie in the diet Detox diet General motor diet All these diets come under fad diet. For weight loss you need to follow calorie deficit diet along with physical activity

Hi, Fad diets are just the crash or fancy superfood diets. They only promise fast weight loss. They lack important nutrients. They come with huge Post side effects. Keto diet/ Gm diet/ mediterranean diet etc. are some examples of it. A diet comprising all nutrients (Macro & Micro) is considered as a Balanced meal. It would give weight loss alongwith the healthy body.

Fad diets are the pattern that claims maximum weight loss but it eliminate different nutrients from the dietary routine that are healthy for a person. If you want to choose a good diet for weight loss better is to check your dietary routine and get your analysis and constitution done. On that basis it can be decided what pattern will suit you. As every person is different so every person need is also different. For an example you might have seen people who eats a lot but still very slim, on the contrary there are people who eat less but tends to put on weight. It all depend what is your body heat level and bodily parameters. So better to choose the pattern as per your best Requirement not on the basis of simple given pattern for everyone
