My mother, 61 years old is 5ft tall and 70kgs in weight has been suffering with Osteoporosis and she has been advised to reduce her weight so that it has less stress on her knees. She survived car accident long back in 2001 which resulted in having disc bulge, left leg injured. Now i am looking for a right dietecian who can account all this and suggest her a healthy plan to help her reduce weight.
