There is only one way to loose weight that is calorie restriction only and I guess  she not busy like honorable prime Minister Narendra Modi , sir also takes time from his busy schedule for yoga. One more thing nothing in life is important than her health so advice her to do calorie restriction and daily exercise and one more thing loose weight in healthy way so she doesn't develop any kind of deficiency and it would be better if you consult doctor also bcz there are many medical reasons for weight gain.
