I am over weight, i weight about107 KGS , I want to loose my weight naturally! With out any surgeries.. I tried to eat only chapaties daily .. For 15 days ,ended up with motions! Wen I started eating rice everything was back to normal.. Can u suggest me a good diet plan? So that I can loose weight ?

frst thing wt i would like to say is u shud be slow nd easy in ur wt loosing plan...keep small targets nd reach dem...i would suggest u to meet a dietician nd get a dietvplan frst supplemented wid regular exercises...

avoid eating rice....consume 2per meal chapathis along with fruits and oats to be a major constituent of ur diet....
on top of dis u need to do exercise atleast for 1 hr in mrng and evening...
eat more green leafy veg
avoid junk foods chocolates ice creams oily items and non veg strictly....u can see the changes within a month if not contact dietitian.
