Should I join gym for weight loss
Hello doctor.This side priya..I have been diagnosed with iron deficiency Anaemia, Alpha thalassemia minor , prolactinoma and subclinical hypothyroidism.. I am taking treatment from haematologist and endocrinologist.. I am seeing my weight is gaining..I am doing yoga and Sudarshan kriya... Should I join gym too for my weight loss..I don't want to look bulky and as I am planning for bby in coming days I don't want my weight to be a concern..kindly guide..

Hello...you are doing yoga already just add little excercise to your daily schedule also if possible then in morning and have a good balance diet and you will be fit and fine and it will help your other conditions also
