I am taking treatment from haematologist and endocrinologist.. I am seeing my weight is gaining..I am doing yoga and Sudarshan kriya... Should I join gym too for my weight loss..I don't want to look bulky and as I am planning for bby in coming days I don't want my weight to be a concern..kindly guide..
