I consume only brown rice in lunch n dinner totally cutting down on chapati , zero intake of chapati is there is it ok or should i avoid eating brown rice as it is also a part of carbs Kindly suggest !!

Eating carbs is not bad for health. One should consume all macro and micro nutrients in the form of balanced meal. Rice and chapati both contain some essential nutrients which have its own benefits. I would suggest you to eat chapati as well but make sure you eat everything but in control portions.
