Brown rice
Hi, Is it advisable to have brown rice instead of white rice ? I have antral gastritis, fissure, external piles and fistula and have changed my diet. I am a vegetarian and daily 1 cup (raw rice before boiling)  of brown rice  is my consumption. Plz suggest

Brown rice has more fibre, which might mechanically irritate the fissures, antral lining,so it is not advisable, however if it's soft cooked, it may give some respite. Please consult directly for better understanding. Thank you.
