Follow pregnancy diet. In this period don't think weight is increasing. U can maintain ur weight after pregnancy. I  this period additional nutritional requirement is Increased. Add food which supply all the nutrients in greater amount to sustain and support the pregnancy. Good quality protein as that obtained from milk, meat, fish, eggs, & cheese should be eaten. Additional requirement of protein for vegetarians are whole grains, legumes, nuts.

It is very obvious that you have gained weight  during the third trimester. A calculated protein and calcium diet will help you gaining good weight for the baby.
