Weight not reducing
In past 2 years I have gained a lot of weight, even though I eat healthy. I try to be consistent with working out at home but I just cannot. I was fearing it could be due to thyroid issues or even diabetes. However I got my tests done and they all come out to be normal. I just don't understand why I've gained so much weight. I did get consulted for my anxiety issues and PTSD after my dad's death in 2020. But I'm alright now. Please guide me, what should I do?

Send your all clinical reports for proper analysis.. Anxiety and PTSD medication can cause weight gain.eat less oil and sugar . Improve your diet, include low carbohydrate and more protein in your diet..do some form of physical exercises,if not at least 45 minute  of walking ..
