I'm having horrible stiffness in my neck and hands.. It spreads to my legs and head as well.. I get random pains.. This occurs when I'm eating and drinking water.. I can't eat at a normal pace anymore.. I can take a bit at once and then only after half and hour or so... The stiffness starts at my neck and then to head and hands and sometimes the legs.. Today, I noticed a swelling on my left leg too.. It's hard to eat and drink now.. I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety as well..
My routine had slowed in January from 3 meals to 2 meals to 1 meal to none some days.. My sleep cycle had changed (all this was due to some personal afflictions) ..
I have been through a lot of personal trauma during the past few months up until now..
The current muscle stiffness is making my life miserable.. I have also noticed my legs jumping involuntarily when I'm sleeping or resting. I have visited all the doctors from general physician to neurologist and all my physical reports came normal.
