Hands and legs stiffness
Whole I was working, I felt lightheaded as if I was going to faint, had shortness of breath and my body started trembling. And after that my hands and legs started becoming stiff and I started crying with all the symptoms mentioned above. My family members tried rubbing my hands and legs, I was aware about my surroundings but couldn't cope up with anything. My chest still felt uneasy after I came back to normal

From what you describe, this episode could have been related to anxiety or panic attack, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, or even a cardiac or neurological cause. Since you had chest uneasiness along with these symptoms, it’s important not to ignore it.
Next Steps
If you develop chest pain, difficulty breathing, or fainting again then seek emergency care immediately. Get a check-up with a physician soon. An ECG and some basic blood tests like blood sugar, hemoglobin, thyroid profile, electrolytes may be needed. Meanwhile, ensure you eat on time, stay hydrated, and take adequate rest.

Hi, From your description — sudden lightheadedness, breathlessness, trembling, stiff hands/legs, crying, awareness of surroundings but unable to control, and chest uneasiness afterwards — this episode sounds most likely like a panic/anxiety attack. These attacks can mimic serious heart or neurological events, but they usually pass after some minutes and leave you feeling exhausted or uneasy. However, since you also had chest discomfort, it is important not to ignore. Heart rhythm problems or seizures can sometimes look similar. What you should do now: If chest pain, severe breathlessness, or fainting happens again → go to emergency immediately. Get a basic check-up: ECG, blood pressure, sugar, thyroid test. If all is normal, consult a physician or psychiatrist for evaluation of panic/anxiety disorder. Practice relaxation: slow deep breathing, adequate sleep, avoid excess caffeine. Most times, these episodes are panic attacks, which are not life-threatening but very distressing. Still, ruling out heart or neurological causes first is important.
