Left hand and Left leg both feeling numb

Asked for Male, 25 Years

First felt it in March,2017 had difficulty even to wear socks for shoes (only left leg though). Now since beginning of Jan,2018 feeling some numbness in both left hand(theres bit shivering in fingers as well) and leg. Not finding difficulty in day to day activities. But just want to be sure what's wrong and how to go about diagnosis..
