It is  because of postural hypotension Drink lot of fluids If symtoms persist kindly consult

Light headedness could be due to low hemoglobin ,and postural hypotension ie a drop in blood pressure when changing your position from supine to standing or sitting.
Next Steps
check your blood investigation that includes CBC , vitamin B12

Have you got checked your Vitamin B12 and D3 levels ? How is your BP ? Is it on lower side ? Do you take your diet regularly? , a nutritious diet. Does your neck pain / feel stiff ?
