Nauseous and lightheaded

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I’ve been lightheaded and nauseous as well as weak feeling and unusual bowel movements on and off for 2 days and then I return to normal for a day or two and then back to the symptoms again. Also I have noticed that my semen comes out as a watery texture. Please advise
